General Information

The objective of the Sub-Fund AM SURA – Equity Global USD is to achieve capital appreciation on a medium and long-term basis through an active and diversified strategy based on investments related primarily to Developed Markets equity securities. 

This Sub-Fund will invest most of its assets in ETFs and third-party mutual funds, which underlying assets have market risk primarily in Developed Markets equity securities. The underlying securities, to which the Sub-Fund is exposed, could experience periods of high volatility due to the nature of political and economic environment of the countries in which the underlying issuers have operations. The Sub-Fund will invest between 10% to 100% of its net assets in ETFs and between 0-90% of its net assets in third party mutual funds. Between 70% and 100% of the net assets of the Sub-Fund will be exposed to underlying securities that have domiciled and/or market risk and/or that derive more than 60% of their revenues from their operations in Developed Markets, and 0% up to 30% in underlying assets that have domiciled and/or market risk and/or that derive more than 60% of their revenues from their operations in emerging markets. As such, the Sub-Fund will qualify as a fund of funds.

Benchmark

The Sub-Fund is actively managed in reference to the MSCI ACWI Net Total Return USD Index. The reason is to indicate that it is used for performance comparison purposes.
