General Information

The Compartment seeks to provide investors with attractive income return, while procuring long term capital appreciation, by providing exposure to global real estate located primarily in North America (excluding Mexico) and Europe through a portfolio of private and public REITS and Real Estate funds managed by third party asset managers. The objective of the Compartment is to earn superior risk-adjusted returns by favouring managers, market segments and opportunities which offer the most attractive relative value at a given point in time.
