General Information

The Compartment seeks to provide investors with attractive income return, by providing exposure to global fixed income and private debt markets through a well-diversified portfolio of fixed income and private debt funds focused primarily on the United States and Europe, and shares of business development companies (“BDC(s)”) domiciliated in the United States. The objective of the Compartment is to earn superior risk-adjusted returns by favouring managers, and opportunities which offer the most attractive relative value at a given point in time.
